--  Synopsis:

Linking will take 40% of each participating character's MAX Strength of Power and simply add it all up to determine the present Circle's maximum potential, meaning if a character's Strength of Power is 100 then the amount of Power Taps it contributes will be 40, which the leading character may freely utilize.

Strength in the Five Powers is based solely on that of the leading character, without exception.
