Ter'angreal are the most common form of artifact, each designated to produce a specific feat with the Power.

So far as artifacts of the One Power go ter'angreal are the most abundant, each serving a very specific purpose that was set at its creation though the vast majority remain a mystery as any relevant knowledge did not survive the Breaking. Many of these relics are locked away in the White Tower or the storerooms of nobly born collectors, but small caches may be discovered as part of a quest reward; bundled ter'angreal will be random.

Ter'angreal functionality ranges greatly, generally running from "lowest" to "highest," with the potential to serve any singular purpose within reason; such utilities will obviously be invaluable, and thus be costly.
